APT2000PH Transmitter Series

​Honeywell’s APT2000PH transmitter series continuously measures pH or Oxidation Reduction Potential (ORP) in a wide range of chemical processes including, petrochemical, pulp and paper, and wastewater industries. ​

What Is It?

​The APT2000PH transmitter ensures improved water quality plus reagent cost savings through accurate pH measurement and control. It works with a variety of Honeywell pH and ORP sensors and is ideal for Class I, Division 2 (non-incendive) and general-purpose areas.

With quick response time, a simple operator interface and a large front display, APT2000PH transmitter enables fast recognition of process parameters and diagnostics from a distance. These advanced features aid easy diagnosis and facilitate error rectification. It also offers continuous diagnostics for monitoring calibration, probe health, and transmitter self-test.

Available in wall, pipe or panel mounting options, the transmitter can be easily installed with preassembled empty enclosure and plug-in terminals.

How Does It Work?

​The APT2000PH is a two-wire 24 volt transmitter that continuously monitors sensor and analyzer electronics and immediately displays diagnostics information. When an error occurs, the device indicates the appropriate error code or pictograph, blinks a red LED and adjusts the error current to 22 mA, if desired.

The device’s large front display employs visual feedback i.e. pictograph type characters that are easily recognizable, which alert the operator during process changes and when problems occur. This enables easy troubleshooting, reduces setup and maintenance times, as well as minimizes calibration errors.
