CSense Product Suite Description

The CSense product suite is an integrated, and comprehensive process performance enhancement software that facilitates process or asset troubleshooting from historical data right through to real-time applications such as smart monitoring of KPIs, instrumentation, and control loops, as well as advanced process control and expert decision support systems.

The smart process/asset monitoring of KPIs and instrumentation provides the user with real-time causes and recommended actions, whereas control loop monitoring identifies the worst performing control loops and assists with troubleshooting them.

Its robust and advanced analytical calculation engine can also be used to generate a range of real-time action objects for production accounting related applications such as data integrity, soft sensors, data validation and estimation, real-time and transactional mass balances, etc.

The intelligence generated by these real-time action objects can be used by, or displayed in third party systems, such as PLC's, HMI/SCADA's, MES, Information Management Systems (IMS), and ERP software.
