Data Panels

A leading issue for manufactures using digital operator interfaces is that they are often too costly or do not provide enough flexibility. For this reason, GE Fanuc offers our series of Data Panel products to provide a broad range of functionality at a low cost. This basic but widely popular line can significantly improve the performance of your existing system, providing the power and responsiveness required in advanced manufacturing and industrial operations.

Datapanel 30/35 :
The Datapanel 30 adds a new level of cost effectiveness to the Datapanel solution. Available with a backlit LCD (30) or VFD (35), this Datapanel is the most efficient way to display text messages including status, prompts, faults, real-time data, and alarms.

Datapanel 50/55 :
Like the Datapanel 30/35, these Datapanels offer the option of a backlit LCD (50) or VFD (55), but also include buttons for operator interactivity. Five programmable function keys, four navigation and editing keys, four programmable LEDs, and built-in recipe support round out these models' features. The buttons also double as a numeric keypad for data entry.

Datapanel 150/160
These Datapanels provide high power at a very low price. They feature a backlit LCD with 240 x 64 resolution, six programmable function keys, numeric keypad, and four navigation and editing keys. The Model 150 supports text messages and labels using multiple fonts, while the Model 160 also supports graphics like bar meters, trend graphs, dynamic bitmaps, and more. Both Models 150 and 160 have one com port for PLC communications. The Model 160 also supports PC-104, providing network capability for Genius or PROFIBUS.

Datapanel 240E :
The Model 240E is a fully interactive backlit LCD operator interface, with touch screen and 240 x 128 resolution. This model supports graphic objects like bar meters, trend graphs, dynamic bit maps, pushbuttons and more. The Model 240E also features six programmable function keys and 4 navigation and editing buttons. Numeric data entry is accomplished through a graphic/touch keypad. The Model 240E has two com ports for PLC communications, and PC-104 support for Genius and PROFIBUS network interfaces. The second com port can also be used for printer output or slave Datapanels.
