CSense Cause+ was developed to support production and manufacturing engineers or process specialists in generating real-time causes for process deviations.

It gives the operator appropriate actionable messages when process deviations occur. In-depth process knowledge can be made available to operators in real-time to specifically guide them when deviations occur in KPIs such as throughput, yield, quality, and product grade. CSense Cause+ is a decision support product that consists of off-line and real-time components and interfaces directly with market-leadings HMI Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition (SCADA) products. CSense Cause+ facilitates the whole process of defining Cause+ scenarios for KPI's and deploying this as an Action Object within third-party real-time software.
