CSense Cause +

Once you have gained this advance process understanding you are ready to put it into action.  This is where CSense Cause + comes into action.

The knowledge gained through the Troubleshooter will only yield tangible results if it is acted upon.  The knowledge is most valuable if it is acted upon as soon as possible.  Ideally this should be in the real-time.

Cause + is designed to take the understanding gained from the Troubleshooter and put that knowledge into the hands of the people capable of acting on it, the operators!

Cause+ enables production/manufacturing engineers, and process specialists, to generate real-time causes for production process deviations.  During such real-time Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) deviation, in-depth process knowledge is made available to an operator and provides specific actionable message guidance for correction.  Cause+ contains an off-line component, which performs data collection, preparation, visualisation, lag estimation, correlation analysis, as well as data selection for scenario definition & simulation, for each KPI.  The real-time component contains the specific interfacing view to the HMI/SCADA, or alternatively via dashboards delivered via a web based portal.  Cause+ provides an "Intelligent Dashboard" reporting infrastructure which empowers operators to take corrective actions improving quality and process yields.
