Training

Motherwell Automation employs dedicated training and support staff to provide clients with an extensive selection of hardware, automation and software training courses. We offer a selection of 1, 3 and 5 days courses covering all levels of product application and knowledge from introduction courses through to the more advanced/developer level course.

Training can either be conducted at our training centre in Osborne Park or tailored to client specific system requirements on site.

Motherwell Automation offers training in the areas of communications, telemetry, supervisory control HMI and SCADA software, remote data acquisition equipment, automation and process control PLC & Hybrid DCS systems.  In addition, courses covering process enhancement and plant intelligence software, as well as power generation control and protection equipment are also offered.

Hardware Support

Motherwell Automation represents and supports some of the world's leading edge manufacturers of industrial Automation, Control and Information Technology supplied from warehouse and logistics facilities based in Osborne Park, Western Australia.

In addition to the supply and distribution of products on behalf of manufacturer's, Motherwell Automation also offers extensive support expertise and services in the areas of communications, telemetry, supervisory control HMI and SCADA software, remote data acquisition equipment, automation and process control PLC & Hybrid DCS systems and a comprehensive range of power generation control and protection equipment.

From telephone support through to support on client site, our experienced team of service technicians and engineers are available to assist and advise our clients when required.  Depending on your requirements, support can be provided on ad hoc basis or contracted as part of an ongoing support agreement.

Technical Repair Centre & Workshop

Motherwell Automation's fully equipped technical repair workshop carries out manufacturer endorsed warranty service and repairs down to component level for clients throughout Australia.

Motherwell Automation's business is built on a track record of reliable, responsive after sales and post project support.  Our experienced service technicians and engineers provide extensive product support, repair and warranty services for all of our products from our custom built technical repair facility in Osborne Park. Alternatively our service technicians and engineers can travel to client site to provide breakdown, maintenance or commissioning support externally.

Motherwell Automation is the only registered warranty repair and support centre for GE Intelligent Platforms in the southern hemisphere.
