The PACSystems RX3i PROFINET Controller (PNC) module connects a PACSystems RX3i controller to a high-speed LAN for I/O device control. The PNC module provides all the functions and services running at speeds up to 1Gbps.
The VersaMax PROFINET Scanner (PNS) module interfaces a remote node of VersaMax I/O modules to a PROFINET IO Controller. The PNS is available in two versions, copper and fiber, allowing you to use the network media that meets the requirements of your application.
